Selling Big Ticket Items on eBay
The Internet has been a place where consumers bought many small items that could
be easily packaged and shipped for several years now.
Books, small household appliances, hand tools and decorating items, for example,
which are bought online, are responsible for many millions of dollars of trade
in the United States every year.
People have been a bit slower to purchase the big ticket items online, however.
That trend does seem to be reversing itself.
More and more frequently in the last year, people are purchasing big ticket
items like refrigerators, treadmills and even automobiles online. Many of these
purchases are made on eBay.
